How can I make a complaint?

If you have any difficulties please speak first to a member of staff concerned to resolve any misunderstanding. If they cannot help you, they will direct you to the appropriate person or manager. Misunderstandings can occur and the team are always happy to discuss any issues arising. However, if matters cannot be resolved, please speak to the Duty Manager. 

We welcome any suggestions from you on how we can improve our service and will give prompt and serious attention to any concerns raised.

We have a formal procedure for dealing with complaints where you feel that your concern was not resolved. Please speak to a member of the management team if you feel that your concern has not been adequately dealt with.
